The Board of Directors of Murphy USA Inc. (NYSE:MUSA) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Common Stock of Murphy USA Inc. of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2021, to stockholders of record as of November 8, 2021.

As business conditions allow, our goal is to increase the cash allocation to dividend distributions by roughly 10% annually for at least the next five years.
