Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 2, 2023, My Size, Inc.’s (the “Company”) subsidiary, Orgad International Marketing Ltd. (“Orgad”), experienced a fire at its warehouse in Israel. At this time, the Company is not aware of any casualties or injuries associated with the fire.

The Company is working to assess the damage and to determine when operations may be resumed at this warehouse or potentially shifted to another location. As of the date of this report, it is too early to determine the potential impact of this incident on the Company’s results of operations and financial condition or the scope of insurance coverage related to this incident. However, the Company does not believe that this incident will affect the future sales results of Orgad.
