Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 7, 2021, My Size, Inc. (the “Company”) closed on the sale of an additional 392,780 shares of the Company’s common stock, $0.001 par value per share, in connection with the full exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option granted in the Company’s March 2021 public offering, previously disclosed on a Current Report on Form 8-K dated March 25, 2021. These additional shares were sold to the underwriters at a public offering price of $1.26 per share, resulting in additional net proceeds to the Company, net of the underwriting discount, of approximately $460,260.
