Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 8, 2024, Linda Stacy, Secretary, Principal Financial Officer, and Principal Accounting Officer of National Research Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of her decision to retire effective December 31, 2024. The Company and its Board of Directors extend their gratitude to Ms. Stacy for her over 18 years of service.
