Item 8.01. Other Events

On March 28, 2025, NB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the completion of its stock repurchase program. Under the plan, the Company repurchased 2,135,286 shares, or approximately 5% of its then outstanding common stock. The shares were repurchased by the Company at an average price of $19.06 per share, including commission and excise tax.
