Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 29, 2022, Neptune Wellness Solutions Inc. (the "Company") announced that the Company had applied and received approval for a voluntary delisting of the Company's common shares ("Common Shares") from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"). The delisting from the TSX will not affect the Company's listing of the Common Shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market, where the Common Shares are currently traded, and will continue to trade, under the symbol "NEPT".

A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the voluntary delisting of its common shares from the TSX is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
