CPPIB-PH(6) is the wholly owned subsidiary of CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (5), which is the wholly owned subsidiary of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. As such, each of the foregoing entities may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the securities held of record by CPPIB-PH(6).
