1. On October 19, 2023, the Qualified Annuity Trust under the Susan Y. Kim 2018-1 Irrevocable Trust Agreement dated 8/29/18 distributed 1,211,193 shares of the Common Stock of Amkor Technology, Inc. to the Reporting Person. Susan Y. Kim and James J. Kim are co-trustees of the Reporting Person.
