Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of the Registrant's common stock underlying restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted on October 20, 2025 (the "Vesting Commencement Date") which vest, subject to the reporting person's continuous service, in accordance with the following schedule: (i) one-third (1/3rd) of the RSUs will vest on the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date; and (ii) one-twelfth (1/12th) of the RSUs will vest on each of the eight quarterly vesting dates (i.e., October 20, January 20, April 20, and July 20 with respect to any calendar year) that occurs after the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.
