Kingsway Capital Partners Limited (the "Investment Manager"), serves as the investment manager to each of the Kingsway Fund - Frontier Consumer Franchises, FC02 Digital Ltd, Kingsway Frontier Consumer Opportunities (FCO4) Growth Fund IV Ltd, SP12 Digital Ltd, SP13 Digital Ltd, SP14 Digital Ltd, and SP15 Digital Ltd holding shares of the Issuer's common stock (collectively, the "Funds"). The Reporting Person is the Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Manager. The Investment Manager may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of all of the common stock held by the Funds. The Reporting Person, as Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Manager with the power to exercise investment discretion, may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of all of the common stock held by the Funds.
