On March 2, 2023, NexGel, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing its acquisition of a 50% interest in a newly formed joint venture with C.G. Laboratories, Inc. for a converting and packaging business. The Company undertakes no obligation to update, supplement or amend the materials attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
