Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 21, 2021, Dr. Stella Xu notified NextCure, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation from the Board of Directors, effective September 30, 2021. Dr. Xu’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
