Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On September 21, 2026, Craig Lisowski resigned from his position as the President of Products of Nextdoor Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), effective October 16, 2026. Mr. Lisowski’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement regarding the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
