Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 4, 2026, Nextdoor Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on August 5, 2026 to discuss its financial results. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
