On July 25, 2023, NexTier Oilfield Solutions Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.

On July 26, 2023, NexTier will hold a conference call for investors at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss second quarter 2023 financial and operating results.
