Financial and Operational Improvements Post-Spin-Off While Continuing to Advance Technology Strategy

Nixxy, Inc. (NASDAQ:NIXX) ("Nixxy" or the "Company") today announced financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as reported in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Financial and Operational Highlights

Revenue was approximately $16.1 million for the second quarter of 2026, compared with approximately $13.4 million for the second quarter of 2025, an increase of approximately 20%. Revenue for the first six months of 2026 reached approximately $45.2 million, compared with approximately $14.6 million for the corresponding period in 2025.
Net loss from continuing operations for the first six months of 2026 improved significantly to approximately $(1.8) million, compared with approximately $(7.3) million for the corresponding period in 2025. The improvement reflects, among other factors, a substantially leaner operating expense structure as the Company continues operating following the separation of its legacy business, with operating expenses excluding cost of revenue decreasing approximately 52% year-over-year. Nixxy remains focused on financial discipline, operating efficiency and improving its long-term financial performance.
Net cash used in operating activities improved to approximately $(1.4) million for the first six months of 2026, compared with approximately $(3.0) million for the corresponding period in 2025.
Following the end of the quarter, Nixxy regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement. On July 2, 2026, the Company received written notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC confirming compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and the compliance matter was closed.
Leadership changes following the quarter included the appointment of Simon Kearney to the Board of Directors on June 29, 2026, and the appointment of David Kratochvil as Chief Executive Officer on July 2, 2026, following the resignation of Mike Schmidt as Chief Executive Officer and a director.
