Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On July 20, 2026, Raymond T. White resigned as a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of NN, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. White’s resignation was not due to any disagreement between Mr. White and the Company, its management, the Board or any committees thereof on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
