Perpetuals.com Ltd (NASDAQ:PDC) today announced that UpsideOnly, its risk-free trading and market prediction platform, has surpassed 300,000 users, three months after launching on May 19, 2026. The milestone means UpsideOnly has added an average of more than 100,000 new users per month since launch, a rapid expansion that has drawn in traders worldwide.

UpsideOnly enables users to predict where equity, commodity, forex, and crypto markets are heading using virtual money, without risking their own money. Perpetuals then uses its own capital to trade on the strongest signals identified by its proprietary AI, BayesShield. When those trades are profitable, eligible users who helped generate the signal can share in the resulting profits. When they are not, users lose nothing.

The 300,000-user milestone follows rapid growth since the platform surpassed 100,000 users within weeks of launch. Rather than attempting to predict asset prices directly, BayesShield analyzes trading activity to identify traders demonstrating consistent and repeatable skill. The strategy generated a hypothetical, non-compounded return of 380%, with a maximum drawdown of 27% and a return-to-drawdown ratio of 4.4. The results demonstrate how BayesShield’s patent-pending approach to identifying skilled traders and areas of market consensus can generate accurate trading insights.
