Other Events.

On October 12, 2021, NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the parent company for NorthEast Community Bank (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about November 8, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 25, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
