ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Aug. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northrim BanCorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:NRIM) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 18, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 10, 2026.

At the stock price of $25.80 per share at the close of the market on August 27, 2026, the current dividend equates to a yield of 2.64% on an annualized basis.

On July 22, 2026, Northrim reported net income of $15.3 million, or $0.68 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2026, compared to $13.7 million, or $0.61 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2026, and $11.8 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, in the second quarter a year ago.
