On November 6, 2021, Deborah DiSanzo, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Novanta Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of her decision to resign from the Board, effective February 28, 2022, in order to focus her attention on her responsibilities as the President of Best Buy Health and other professional responsibilities.
