Nuvalent, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (“FDIC”) has taken control of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) and it continues to monitor this situation. The Company has reviewed its accounts and believes that its current exposure is immaterial. The matters concerning SVB are evolving and the Company will continue to access the impact of SVB’s receivership on its accounts.
