Acquisition expands NWPX's participation in wastewater treatment infrastructure and adds engineered conveyor, automation, and fabrication capabilities.

(NASDAQ:NWPX), a leading manufacturer of water-related infrastructure products, today announced the acquisition of Serpentix Conveyor, LLC ("Serpentix"), a manufacturer of engineered conveyor systems used primarily in municipal wastewater treatment plants and industrial manufacturing facilities. The transaction closed on September 2, 2026, and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.

Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Westminster, Colorado, Serpentix has more than five decades of experience developing custom material-handling solutions. Supported by an in-house engineering team, Serpentix systems are designed to convey abrasive, high-moisture sludge, grit, screenings, and other materials in demanding municipal operating environments.

The transaction marks NWPX Infrastructure's second acquisition this year, following the acquisition of Boughton's Precast in February 2026.
