Chord Energy Corporation (the “Company”) is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to include Exhibit 23.5 to the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-8 (File No. 333-262192), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 14, 2022, which was inadvertently omitted. The consent attached hereto as Exhibit 23.1 does not change any previously reported financial results or any other disclosures contained in the Form S-8.
