Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 22, 2022, Oblong, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company would hold a conference call on March 29, 2022 to provide a business update and review the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. Due to a family emergency, this conference call has been cancelled and may be rescheduled for a later date. The Company will file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021 with the SEC on March 29, 2022.
