Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents (i) 5,771 shares of Class A common stock withheld by the Issuer to cover the reporting person's tax withholding obligation upon the quarterly vesting of Restricted Stock Units granted on March 15, 2022; (ii) 3,576 shares of Class A common stock withheld by the Issuer to cover the reporting person's tax withholding obligation upon the quarterly vesting of Restricted Stock Units granted on March 8, 2023; (iii) 17,876 shares of Class A common stock withheld by the Issuer to cover the reporting person's tax withholding obligation upon the quarterly vesting of Restricted Stock Units granted on June 14, 2023; and (iv) 5,108 shares of Class A common stock withheld by the Issuer to cover the reporting person's tax withholding obligation upon the quarterly vesting of Restricted Stock Units granted on March 8, 2024.
