Explanation of Responses:

1. This restricted stock unit award vests ratably over a two-year period in annual installments with the first installment vesting on July 1, 2025, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through the applicable vesting date.

2. Shares were sold to cover tax withholding obligations incurred in connection with the vesting of restricted stock units.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $4.00 to $4.02, inclusive. The Reporting Person will provide, upon request by the SEC, the issuer or security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.
