OGE Energy Corp. ("OGE Energy") is the parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company ("OG&E"), a regulated electric company with approximately 894,000 customers in Oklahoma and western Arkansas.

On November 2, 2023, OGE Energy issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.01 and incorporated by reference herein.
