Okta, Inc. (NASDAQ:OKTA), the leading independent identity provider, today announced the appointment of Helen Riley to the company’s board of directors, effective as of today.

Helen Riley is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at X (The Moonshot Factory), a research and development company and subsidiary of Alphabet, Inc. Helen joined X in 2015 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer before assuming her expanded executive role in 2023. For over two decades, Helen has held various senior leadership positions at Alphabet and its subsidiaries, including in global financial strategy, analytics and sales finance.
