Realbotix has announced a pilot program with a leading European telecommunications company to deploy its humanoid robots in live presentations and events. Onconetix is sharing this development with its shareholders as it relates to Realbotix, the target of the pending acquisition.

The program will test how Realbotix robots can deliver presentations, support events, and hold interactive conversations in real social settings, including not only one-on-one exchanges but rooms full of people. The pilot is designed to evaluate how humanoid robots can function as practical presenters, hosts, and brand ambassadors in dynamic, audience-facing environments.

Possible roles identified for the robots in the pilot include corporate event hosting, live product demonstrations, customer engagement, education and training support, hospitality and retail assistance, public information services, reception and concierge functions, and guided visitor experiences.

The pilot also tests how the Realbotix platform can be configured to a partner’s specific workflows.

As previously announced on February 12, 2026, Onconetix entered into a definitive share exchange agreement to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding equity interests of Realbotix LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Realbotix Corp., in an all-stock transaction.
