On December 2, 2025, we announced our participation in several upcoming investor conferences in New York City. We will be participating in the Mizuho Power, Energy & Infrastructure Conference on Monday, December 8, 2025, the Jefferies Gas Utilities Virtual Mini-Conference on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, and the Wells Fargo Midstream, Energy, and Utilities Symposium on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. The news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein. Robert S. McAnnally, president and chief executive officer, Christopher Sighinolfi, senior vice president and chief financial officer, and Curtis Dinan, senior vice president and chief operating officer, will be conducting a series of meetings with members of the investment community.
