Director Resignation

On February 24, 2022, Peter B. Sinensky resigned from the Board of Directors of OneMain Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Sinensky is a Partner in the Private Equity division of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and had served as a director of the Company since June 2018.
