On January 27, 2025, Open Text Corporation (“OpenText”) announced the appointment of Savinay Berry as EVP & Chief Product Officer and that Muhi Majzoub would be taking on a new role as EVP, Security Products. On January 27, 2025, OpenText issued a press release announcing such appointments, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
