On December 22, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that all regulatory conditions pertaining to the all-cash offer by the Company to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Micro Focus International plc have now been satisfied. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
