Apartments.com, a CoStar Group (NASDAQ:CSGP) industry-leading brand, today highlighted the growing reach and capabilities of the Apartments.com app in ChatGPT as OpenAI launches GPT-6 Astra, its latest model for computer use and complex professional tasks.

Renters can type @Apartments.com in ChatGPT and describe what they need in everyday language, from a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony and EV charging to a pet-friendly home within a specific budget. The app then draws on live Apartments.com information to help renters find, compare and take action on relevant options.

The Apartments.com app connects renters with detailed, property-specific information, including unit-level availability, current pricing, floor plans, required and recurring fees, professional photography, community videos and immersive Matterport 3D Tours. Renters can compare communities, message a property manager and request or book a tour without leaving ChatGPT.
