(NASDAQ:OPXS), a leading manufacturer of precision optical sighting systems for domestic and worldwide military and commercial applications, announced today it has been awarded a new contract for Laser Filter Units associated with the XM157 Next Generation Fire Control Scope. The order value is $2.79 million with deliveries covering January 2027 through October 2027.

The Applied Optics Center, a Division of Optex Systems, Inc., is the leading provider of laser protection optics and optical devices that protect both the soldiers' eyes as well as their state-of-the-art visual augmentation devices.
