Optimum Communications, Inc. and A+E Global Media™ today announced an expanded, multi-year distribution agreement that enables Optimum TV customers across the company’s 21-state footprint to continue enjoying A+E’s entertainment programming. The new deal spans A+E’s full linear portfolio, including A&E®, The History Channel®, Lifetime®, Lifetime Movie Network®, FYI®, VICE®, MHC® (Military History Channel), CI® (Crime +Investigation), Lifetime Real Women®, and The History Channel en Espanol®.

The agreement builds on Optimum’s and A+E’s longstanding relationship, creating new opportunities for collaboration across advertising and distribution that benefit both companies and Optimum customers.

A+E Global Media continues to bring fresh, original content to viewers across Optimum’s ecosystem. Recent highlights include WWII with Tom Hanks, which ranked as cable’s No. 1 nonfiction series among A25+ and total viewers, reaching more than 24 million viewers to date. Lifetime’s Angel in the Rubble, executive produced by Sherri Shepherd, Robin Roberts, Linda Berman and Anne Carlucci, also ranked No. 1 on Optimum among W25+.
