Other Events.

On June 28, 2021, ORIC Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration provided clearance of the Company’s Investigational New Drug Application for ORIC-533, the Company’s orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of CD73.

The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
