Item 5.02.			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 16, 2025, Joseph H. Wender, a member of the board of directors of OUTFRONT Media Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company that he will retire and not stand for reelection at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Accordingly, Mr. Wender will retire as a director at the expiration of his term, effective as of the date of the Annual Meeting. Mr. Wender’s decision was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company, known to an executive officer of the Company, on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
