Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 26, 2026, Marc Nash informed Outset Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to depart from the Company and his role as Executive Vice President, R&D, Operations and Service, effective June 5, 2026, to pursue other professional opportunities. Mr. Nash’s departure is not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company or its management.
