Other Events.

On July 11, 2022, P10, Inc. (“P10”) and Crossroads Impact Corp (“Crossroads”) issued a joint press release announcing that Crossroads and Enhanced Capital Group LLC, the Impact investment solution of P10 (“ECG”), have expanded their ongoing strategic relationship. Through this expansion, Crossroads will be better positioned to deepen its exposure to core ECG impact strategies of Climate Finance, Impact Real Estate, and Small Business Lending to underserved businesses. A copy of the joint press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
