On October 31, 2024, Paul E. Palmieri, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Company, retired from the Company. On November 1, 2024, James B. Meadows filled the vacated role and was formally approved by the Compensation Committee as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer on January 21, 2025.
