II (NASDAQ:BBCQ) ("Bleichroeder"), filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") in connection with the proposed business combination between Pasqal and Bleichroeder, has been declared effective by the SEC on August 5, 2026. This milestone represents an important step toward completion of the previously announced business combination between Pasqal and Bleichroeder.

Bleichroeder has set a meeting date of August 25, 2026, for its extraordinary general meeting to approve the proposed business combination and related matters.
