The Board of Directors of Paychex, Inc. declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Paychex common stock of $1.08 per share, an increase of $0.10 (or 10%) from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.98 per share, payable on May 29, 2025 to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2025.

For the fiscal year ending on May 31, 2025, Paychex expects to return over $1.4 billion in dividends to shareholders, continuing a tradition of paying consecutive quarterly cash dividends every year since 1988.
