ROCHESTER, N.Y., Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Paychex (NASDAQ:PAYX), a leading provider of expert-enabled HR, payroll, and benefits, today announced that its Paychex Flex and Paycor platforms were each recognized as a "Leader" by global analyst and research firm, NelsonHall, in its "Workforce Management: Employee Experience Transformation 2026 Market Analysis," as part of the firm’s Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT). The NEAT enables buyers to assess the capabilities of WFM vendors across a range of criteria and business requirements to identify the best-performing providers.

NelsonHall’s Head of Research, Dominique Raviart, said "Paychex’s position as a Leader in NelsonHall’s 2026 Workforce Management NEAT reflects its particular strength in scheduling and workforce planning. Also, its combination of payroll adjacency, embedded time and attendance, scheduling, leave management, labor forecasting, and advisory services gives customers a pragmatic path to reduce payroll friction, improve workforce visibility, and support frontline operations at scale."

NelsonHall evaluated 12 WFM platforms in the 2026 NEAT report and based results on two criteria: (1) ability to deliver immediate client benefit and (2) ability to meet future client requirements. The company received a leader designation in the Scheduling & Workforce Planning Capability NEAT matrix and innovator designation in both the Employee Experience Capability NEAT and Overall WFM NEAT matrices.
