Paychex, Inc. was named one of America's Greatest Workplaces 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group recognized companies following a comprehensive assessment that involved employee interviews, company reviews, publicly accessible data, and an analysis of over 120 key performance indicators.

For more than 50 years, Paychex has been a purpose-driven organization whose employees work together to help businesses of all sizes succeed. Six core values drive the company's commitment to corporate responsibility, namely integrity, partnership, accountability, respect, innovation, and service. This approach has earned the company several notable awards in the past year, including Ethisphere's World's Most Ethical Companies and Fortune's America's Most Innovative Companies.

"Paychex strives to provide an innovative and inclusive environment where employees feel proud to work," said Mason Argiropoulos, Chief Human Resources Officer at Paychex. "Our nearly 19,000 employees have the opportunity to participate in world-class training and development programs, join various Employee Business Resource Groups, and take advantage of the company's comprehensive benefits package and well-being program. This honor from Newsweek validates our commitment to creating an environment where our people can grow and thrive."

"Companies that emphasize building a strong workplace environment see higher levels of employee engagement. And with higher employee engagement comes a range of benefits. That's why Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group are partnering for the third-annual ranking of America's Greatest Workplaces, recognizing the companies where employee engagement comes naturally," said Newsweek Editor-in-Chief Jennifer H. Cunningham.

America's Greatest Workplaces 2025 involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, discussions and interviews with HR professionals, and large-scale confidential online surveys conducted among employees from U.S. companies with more than 1,000 employees. Respondents provided insights on culture, working conditions, and other aspects of their current employer and other companies they know. The study incorporates more than 400,000 employee interviews and collected over 4.9 million comprehensive company reviews.
