Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 30, 2021, Paysign, Inc. (the “Company”) and Mr. Daniel H. Spence, Executive Vice President, agreed that Mr. Spence’s employment with the Company would end, effective September 30, 2021. Mr. Spence will continue with the Company in an advisory capacity and as a member of the Board of Directors until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders or until his earlier resignation or removal.
