On October 15, 2024, Peabody Energy Corporation (the “Company”) provided a new Technical Report Summary for its Centurion Mine to reflect the Company’s previously announced integrated mine plan. A copy of the Technical Report Summary is attached as Exhibit 96.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
