On July 27, 2023, PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (the “Company”) issued a press release and a slide presentation announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023. A copy of the press release and slide presentation are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively. The press release and the slide presentation are being made available in connection with the Company’s recorded presentation of financial results and live Q&A discussion on July 27, 2023. In addition, the Company has made available other supplemental financial information for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023 on its website at pmt.pennymac.com.
