Other Events

On December 29, 2023, Pioneer Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Pioneer Bancorp, Inc., filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (the “OCC”) to convert from a New York chartered savings bank to a national bank. The conversion is subject to the approval of the OCC, the regulator of national banks.
